topics can be initiated by anyone wishing to share their expertise, and open ended project ideas/queries are always welcome. the objectives are to share, teach, learn, establish business relationships, brainstorm great ideas with interesting people, and interesting ideas with great people, practice techniques and develop better ways to design and code, introduce workshop projects etc...
