“ looking good. it's a challenge to please everyone. on a certain level it may need to narrow down in focus. trying to be all things to all people might bog down the meetup. some topics like learn CS3 or even business topics might be really spread the topics too thin and ultimately be too little for anyone.. because if it's too non-web design oriented, advanced people may not see the value and the new people who can't follow lingo... i think the "mini-website" projects would be great. it's kinda like our game development stuff. taking small projects that cover specific technology. that might be a better focus for the group than talking about business stuff and photoshop.. those topics can be learned elsewhere.. ”
