"It was originally (about 5 years ago) built with a content management system called WebGUI but that has been an issue for a few years. The data base for the ministry was designed by Dasco but it has been an issue for some time. It doesn't marry well with the web. Always problems! When I left they were in the process of making a major platform change. Using what the Washington Post uses. I just did content management, there were three other programmers in the department. I did the mundane work. "
