Hello, Everyone! Let's get a date and a speaker and jump in! My background is deeply entrenched in film, video and multimedia production. I'm an enthusiastic advocate of convergence and convergent thinking and have been working with many of my clients over the past few years to incorporate the multimedia content we are creating into their existing and new website designs. I've done quite a bit of commercial and corporate work and recently have been doing a lot of work with Yale and other companies in the New Haven area producing on-line program and faculty intros and web modules. I'd be happy to share what I can about how to design and create effective and focused video and multimedia production and learn more from all of you about web architecture and design. If that's something that anyone is interested in I'm preparing a talk on it for the Greater New Haven Design and Marketing Group meet-up coming up on January 9th and could certainly offer it as a future talk for us too. I'm with AVITY, www.avity.com a full service web software and applications design firm. Happy Holidays to all. Michael > I've been hoping for this meetup to get started.
