"Tech writer by profession, but have incorporated Web design in my work since 1995. I have focused more on developing Web applications UIs rather than Web sites. Skills include (in desc. order) X/HTML, CSS, graphics, XML, Javascript, and JSPs."

Are you interested in freelance work?

"Yes, or offering work to non-profits as a volunteer."
