Ok, so the whole debate goes on about how to properly code your flash files for IE. Well, there are many solutions out there but I have found that they all do not work in every situation across the board. If your just coding a standard movie, then most of the fixes will work...BUT what if you have a dynamically generated flash menu (drawing the buttons/links from a database) ?
Well, this presents a huge problem as the flash buttons need to use "FlashVars" to assign $link, $url and $append so your menu will be generated using the same flash button. Right? Understand?
Ok, so how do you get these values into your flash code while using the IE fix scripting? After 2 days of hair pulling I have developed a solution!
