RSVP Etiquette

Hi everyone!

First, a big 'Thank You' goes out to all that support this group and attend the meetings. This group's continued existence would not be successful without your involvement and attendance.

With that said, I'll keep the following short and sweet.

• Please only RSVP 'YES' to meetings if you plan on attending.
  
  
• If you cannot attend (for any reason), please change your RSVP to 'NO'.
  Or at the very least, please contact one of the organizers to let them know you will not be able to attend. You can even do this at the very last minute, although for planning purposes ASAP is preferred.
  

There is much planning that goes into these events. It is unfair to the meeting members, sponsors, and organizers when someone no-shows to a meeting who has RSVP'd 'YES'.

I sincerely appreciate all members who follow good RSVP etiquette. It makes my "job" a whole lot easier.
